EDUMIGROM publication on ethnic and social differences in education

17.02.2011 The comparative study aims to reveal how ethnicity influences life at school in communities where ethnic diversity is an important feature of everyday relations. It is aimed to show how social differences, often appearing as ethnic deviations due to cultural attributes, influence the structuring of institutions of compulsory education, and how these structures contribute to make ethnicity a significant dimension for the distribution of opportunities and actual prospects for urban youth. By the way of comparisons, it is intended to show how different degrees of inclusion in interethnic relations impact the advancement of minority ethnic youth. http://www.edumigrom.eu/news/2010-12-30/new-publication-edumigrom-publishes-a-new-comparative-paper
